ÄKTA flux™ Filtration Hardware

ÄKTA flux™ is a flexible cross flow filtration solution designed for sample concentration, diafiltration (buffer exchange), cell harvest, and clarification. It facilitates straightforward filtration processes utilizing cassettes, hollow fiber filter cartridges, and membrane adsorbers. The system is available in two variations: ÄKTA flux™ s, which is ideal for research, filter screenings, and small-scale production, and ÄKTA flux™ 6, which is suited for process development and small-scale production. The semiautomated features of the ÄKTA flux™ system allow for end-point control, constant retentate volume (CRV), and data logging, enabling laboratory personnel to focus on other tasks. Users can conveniently monitor and control the process via an intuitive touchscreen interface. Capable of handling low working volumes, the system supports a wide range of concentration factors. It is particularly effective in protein purification and clarification, complementing the ÄKTA™ chromatography systems.
