Where is My Equipment available?
My Equipment is currently available to customers in the United States, Canada, Europe, and India. You’ll need to be a registered customer of Cytiva and have purchased equipment from us.
What devices can I use to access My Equipment?
My Equipment is available on any internet-enabled desktop or mobile and is compatible with all major browsers.
I’ve registered. Why don’t I see any equipment on the home page?
Make sure you’ve completed the verification process. Click the ‘Request verification’ button on the My Equipment home page, and a member of our team will be in touch. Or contact our customer service team.
