T-Series TFF Cassettes With Delta 100 kDa Membranes For RNA And LNP Applications

Cytiva has introduced Delta regenerated cellulose (RC) flat sheet membranes with a 100 kDa molecular weight cutoff (MWCO) for ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UF/DF) of RNA drug therapeutics through tangential flow filtration (TFF). In this study, the performance of the Delta 100 kDa membrane cassettes for UF/DF of RNA molecules by TFF is evaluated. Explore data showcasing the effectiveness of this membrane cassette for use in processing mRNA, saRNA, and LNPs.
